Most people don't think of this as a part of real estate investing success - and are reluctant to use their minds to create the right mindset. But we teach them how to do it anyway.
Controlling your mind is the first thing you need to do to achieve any sort of long lasting business success, whether it's in real estate investing or any other kind of investing or venture which you partake. What most people in real estate investing don't realize is that house flipping success is very much tied to how you think and ask for things from the Universe.
The three steps to achieve house flipping success:
1. Asked the universe for success
The first step you must do in order to achieve long-lasting success in real estate investing is to think to yourself what it is that you want and let the universe know it.
Write it down on a piece of paper and make it very clear to yourself what it is that you want. It's absolutely essential that it's written in the present tense. Start yourself off by saying this out loud" "I am so grateful that the universe has enabled me to make all hundred and $35,000 per year investing in real estate". You must be very specific as to what it is that you want or the universe will work against you to not bring you what it is that you want. This only makes sense. When you order a book from Amazon, you keep watering it until it comes to you. You earn only once, don't you? All you have to do is just place your order. Once you've done this, you can kick back and roll ask because what you have ordered will now come to you.
2. Act As If House Flipping Success Is Already There - Believe
The next step is quite simple: just believe that what you've ordered has already arrived. You need to believe that what you really want has already come, you must have complete and utter faith that it will arrive.
If you placed an order in a catalog, once you place it you KNOW it will come, you relax, kick back and know it will come. It's the same way with house flipping. Believe that what it is you asked for has already come to you and you are enjoying its benefits now. The minute you ask for your order the universe then rearranges itself to bring it to you.
3: Start to receive real estate investing success
Start each day feeling fortunate and thankful that what you asked for has already arrived into your life. You actually need to feel exactly the way you would if it were in your life right then.
